Welcome to “Luv it at the Beach,” Unit 601 and 601A, your “Destin-ation” spot, where you will enjoy a relaxing and stress-free vacation. This unit can be rented as a 1, 2, or 3-bedrooms. Want to see a beautiful sunset or sunrise? You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Florida, all while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind.” Enjoy sitting on the large balcony with all new patio furniture in the morning, drinking your morning coffee and watching the dolphins in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as see the seagulls and the pelicans fly along our beautiful, white sandy beaches. You will also enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline from the Gulf Front Corner Unit.

Each room allows for entry onto the balcony without disturbing any other occupant in the unit. Our unit sleeps 8-10 people. It is a 3BD/3BA unit, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, a regular sofa and a chair. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan with a large lighted closet and makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The guest room has two double beds, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a dining room, kitchen breakfast area, and snack bar. The dining room table seats six; there are two seats in the breakfast area in the kitchen, and a snack bar that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel upgraded appliances. And all the linens are supplied. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own flat screen TV with a DVD player. The living room has a Blu-ray DVD/CD player, a stereo, and an iPod Player. The bedrooms also have a relaxing sound system radio. Each room has a large sliding glass door that opens onto 50 feet of a wraparound balcony overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the bay to the north, and at night, the Destin City lights. The balcony/patio has all new patio furniture for your use. Need to wash that beach wear? Sure! The unit is equipped with a large, high-efficiency washer/dryer. And in case you can’t completely get away, this unit boasts wireless internet at no additional charge.

The third bedroom, “Peaceful Bliss” is a separate suite with a private gulf front balcony with all new patio furniture. It is called a lock-out unit, which has a separate entrance from the hallway. This allows a private, locked area away from the main living area. This suite has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in shower, a table, and a fully equipped mini kitchen a small refrigerator, a full-sized microwave, a coffee pot and a toaster. Complete with dishes, glasses, and utensils. All the linens are supplied. There is an iPod player, a flat screen TV with a DVD/CD player, and a relaxing sound system radio.
